Dr. Deborah Macfoy Akachukwu Is a gifted minister with a rare and exceptional prophetic calling. She is completely yielded to her Savior Jesus Christ, whose will and passions have become her lifestyle. She is the International Head-Coordinator of ministers prayer network Apostolic Women. She is the founder of WIN Africa TV, Revival Institute, War College, Revival War Command, The Revival Army (which comprises of The Trumpeters, Elders at the Gate, Flame Keepers, Issachar Mandate, Anna’s Company and the WIN BIBLE CLUB). She mentors over 2,000 youths and children annually. She is the Vision Bearer of REVIVAL CITY INTERNATIONAL CHRISTIAN RETREAT AND CONFERENCE CENTER,Enugu State.
