Prayer Focus: Destroying the roots of false witness.
Scripture: Matthew:15:19
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
Introduction:
false witness is one who stands up and swears before others that something untrue is true, especially with the intention of hurting someone else or ruining his reputation. It means to live in deception. Every child of God is called to be a witness for the kingdom of God on earth. When your life does not reflect the ways and teaching of Christ whom you represent, then know you are a false witness that needs total Repentance and Restoration. For the wages of sin is death.
Consequences of false witnessing.
- It brings sudden Death proverbs 21:28
- It attracts Curse
- Divine Vengeance. Deuteronomy 19:19
Prayer Point.
- Heavenly Father, we lift your holy Name on high for you alone art worthy to be praised, oh great King that reigns eternal.
- Mighty living God, we thank you for the great victory you have granted us.
- Mighty God, we thank you for the unseen battles you have fought for us.
- Oh Lord, we thank you for the great and deep mercies you have shown us.
- Oh Lord, we thank you for divine protection and preservation.
- Oh Lord, deliver us from falsehood, in Jesus mighty name.
- Oh Lord, deliver us from every association of ungodly men who speak lies to one another.
- Oh Lord, by your mighty hand, deliver me from every lifestyle, habit, character that is not reflecting the kingdom, in Jesus name.
- Oh Lord, arise and break the strength of the wicked who rose against my soul.
- Oh Lord, give a tongue that speaks the truth, in Jesus name.
- Oh Lord, rest upon me the spirit of the fear of the Lord, in Jesus name.
- Thank you Father for answered prayers, in Jesus name.
