Prayer Focus: Destroying the yoke of Fornication
*Scripture: Matthew:15:19KJV For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:*
Introduction: Fornication is to engage in premarital sex, before or outside of marriage and is to sin in God’s sight. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. According to _1 Corinthians 6:18-19 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?._
The Word of God admonishes us to keep ourselves pure _1 Thessalonians 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:_ those that defile the temple of God, He will judge them. Fornication is a great wickedness against God.
*Causes of Fornication.*
1. Environment.
2. Curse.
3. Peer pressure.
4. Alcohol
5. Pornography.
6. Illicit Drugs.
7. Negative influence.
8. Poverty.
9. Too much exposure.
Prayer point.
1. Almighty God, we bless your holy Name, great and marvelous you are.
2. Father we thank you for divine Providence.
3. Oh Lord, we thank you for the unseen battles you are fighting for us.
4. Oh Lord, we thank you for the deep mercy you have shown us.
5. Oh Lord, by your mercy deliver me from the influence of Fornication.
6. Oh Lord, separate me from every association of ungodly men.
7. Father in the name of Jesus, let every soul ties be broken.
8. Oh Lord, Purge my spirit, soul and body with the fire of the Holyghost.
9. Oh Lord, change me and Change my circumstances.
10. Oh Lord, give me hunger for your presence and restore my soul.
11. Oh Lord, let the spirit of the fear of God rest upon me, in Jesus name.
12. Thank you Father for answered prayers, in Jesus name.
