Scripture: Proverbs 4:23
[23]Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Introduction:
There are more to live than meet the eyes, The heart of a man is the central point that controls everything that happens in his life. The heart of a man reflects the true state of a man. For It is at the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks, this actually implies that even our speech is directed by our heart posture. If your heart is not pure it’s outcome will be impure, the heart of men are known by the actions they display. Actions are governed by intention and every intention reflects the true nature of the heart.
- Issues of life proceeds from the heart.proverbs 4:23
- Every sin proceeds from the heart. Matthew 15:19
- Every thought, motive and intention dwells in the heart.
Prayer Point.
- Heavenly Father, The only true God, we lift our hands in worship, for there is none else like you.
- Almighty God, the great deliverer, we thank you for your awesome goodness and mercy towards us.
- Faithful God, we thank you for the great victory you have given us.
- Merciful God, show us your mercy and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
- Father in the name of Jesus, purify my heart.
- Oh Lord, purify my motive and intentions, in Jesus name.
- Oh Lord, purge my heart of every impurities, in Jesus name.
- Oh Lord, wash my heart with the water of the word, make me whole again.
- Oh Lord, create in me a clean heart and renew your spirit within me.
- Oh Lord, teach me the wisdom to delight in your Word, in Jesus name.
- Oh Lord, help me to guard my heart with the word of life as i study it daily, in Jesus name.
- Thank you Father for answered prayers, in Jesus mighty name.
