Prayer Focus: Dealing With The Strongman
Scripture:Mark 3:27
No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.
INTRODUCTION.
There are powers whose assignment is to work against the progress, increase, establishment and advancement of a nation, city, village, church, family or individual. Any of such evil powers is called the strongman, and there are certain levels one cannot attain in life, until the strongman is overcome. It would take the knowledge, understanding and appropriation of the finished work of Christ for one to defeat any strongman that is assigned to hinder, limit or stop destinies.
How to overcome the strongman.
1. Salvation. (You must genuinely be saved)
2. Revelation of the Word.
3. Bind the strong man through fervent Scriptures-based prayers.
4. Live in righteousness and holiness.
5. Daily study of and meditation on the Word of God.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Father, I magnify and bless your Holy Name; for there is none else like you, who made all things by your great power.
2. All powerful God, I thank you for the victory you have given me over all principalities and powers.
3. I bind and cast out the strongman standing at the gate of my progress and establishment – in Jesus name.
4. I bind and cast out the strongman against my financial favour and abundance – in Jesus name.
5. I bind and cast out every strongman of death assigned against my life and family, and I declare, there shall be no record of death of any member of my family and relatives – in Jesus mighty name.
6. I bind and cast out the strongman assigned against my marriage – in the name of Jesus.
7. I bind and cast out every strongman limiting my destiny – in the name of Jesus.
8. Every marine strongman, working to frustrate my destiny, perish by fire – in Jesus name.
9. I cancel, by the Blood of Jesus, every curse of the strongman upon my destiny – in Jesus name.
10. I take back all my stolen goods, stored in the strong-room of the wicked strongman – in Jesus name.
11. I receive victory over the host of wickedness surrounding my life, family, ministry or business – in the name of Jesus.
12. Thank you, Father, for answered prayers – in Jesus mighty name.
