DIVINE SHIELD
PRAYER FOR SUPERNATURAL REALMS OF ABUNDANT GRACE AND GLORY:
Psalms 3:3
But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head.
INTRODUCTION:
When the blessings and increase from the Lord manifest in someone’s life, such attracts envy. Some people even feel threatened and very uncomfortable whenever the blessed person is around. While some wish him failure, others just want to stop the increase by all means possible. There are few who are really be happy in their heart for what God is doing. When we start seeing an increase in the blessings of God, we would definitely need God’s shield to be our defense. When the Lord gave Joseph favour before his father, his brothers envied him. The Bible mentioned that the archers shot at him ( Genesis 49:23 ). This must be a spiritual arrow, as we never saw it physically manifest anywhere in the Scriptures. No wonder David cried in the Psalms: ” O Lord, you are my shield, my glory and the lifter up of my head.”
THE DIVINE SHIELDS:
1. The name of the Lord. Proverbs 18:10
2. The fire of the Lord. Zechariah 2:5
3. The Blood of Jesus.
Exodus 12:23
4. The angels of the Lord. Psalms 34:7
5. Faith.
Ephesians 6:16.
6. The Word of God.
Proverbs 30:5
7.The Lord God Almighty : Psalm 115:9, Psalm 28:7
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Heavenly Father, I bless your holy name, for you alone are worthy to be praised.
2. Almighty and ever-living God, I thank you for your goodness and mercy towards me.
3. Abba Father, I thank you for the gift of life.
4. O Lord, let every power on assignment to stop my advancement be arrested now – in the name of Jesus.
5. Let every arrow targeted and shot against me return to the sender now – in Jesus name.
6. Let every plan of the enemy to afflict me be scattered now – in Jesus mighty name.
7. Let the blood of Jesus, surround me and everything that concerns me – in Jesus name.
8. Let the angels of the Lord surround me and my family always – in the name of Jesus.
9. O Lord, cause my faith in you to be stronger daily as I live – in the name of Jesus.
10. O Lord, cause me to believe and trust your Word – in Jesus mighty name.
11. O Lord, surround me with your walls of fire and be the glory around my life, family, ministry and business – in the name of Jesus.
12. Thank you, Father, for answered prayers – in Jesus mighty name.
