PRAYER FOCUS: The Precious Cornerstone

PRAYER FOR 120 DAYS TARRY FOR GREATER GLORY:

Isaiah 28:16

Therefore thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation, A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; Whoever believes will not act hastily.”

INTRODUCTION:

Many are the daily challenges and obstacles we face in the affairs of life. The very wise and the smartest of men are consumed when they encounter some troublesome challenges. For by the arm of flesh, no man can prevail. Only the sure foundation can be trusted in this life for safety and deliverance, that if we anchor our trust on him the affairs of this life will not crash our boat. Jesus the son of the living God is our precious stone and sure foundation. All who anchor trust on him are victorious over the affairs of this life.

HOW TO LAY HOLD ON THE SURE FOUNDATION.

  1. By accepting the person of Jesus Christ as your LORD and personal Saviour.
  2. Genuine repentance;
  3. Forsaking and rejecting every wrong path;
  4. By constant prayers and studying of the word of God, with meditation on his word;
  5. Total obedience to the word of God

PRAYER POINTS:

  1. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for your great goodness and abundant kindness towards us.
  2. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for preserving our destiny and also aligning our hearts to your perfect will.
  3. Father, in the name of Jesus, let your mercy speak over our lives and families.
  4. O Lord, we hide under your sure wings of protection and we ask for total deliverance and healing.
  5. Let the glory of God envelope us in the daily affairs of this life.
  6. Let every agent limiting the speed of our harvest be arrested now – in Jesus name.
  7. O Lord, set our feet upon the sure foundation and deliver us from every evil day and ungodly hour.
  8. Every stubborn situation raging to bring down our harvest and destroy our increase, be crushed now – in Jesus name.
  9. O Lord, let your hand be outstretched over our cities and families, thereby causing us to experience your deliverance and healing power – in Jesus name.
  10. Every battle warring against the fatness of my soul, be consumed now – in Jesus mighty name.
  11. Let every imagination of the wicked be crushed now.
  12. Thank you, Father, for answered prayers – in Jesus name.
