POWERFUL PRAYERS FOR CHILDREN.

INTRODUCTION

In Psalm:127 vs 3, the bible says, “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward.”

It’s obvious from the above that children are God’s best gifts. This becomes an eye-opener to both the believer and the unbeliever. This also indicates that every child on the face of the earth is a seed of blessing from God, no matter the circumstances that surround the child’s conception whether incidental or otherwise. This also reflects that every child given to a couple or to a single mother at any stage of life is the best gift from God to the world, to fulfill a particular mandate for God as long as he/she lives on the face of the earth. But so much effect has been recorded ever since this knowledge has been revealed and made known to all souls. This can be seen by the adverse effect of livelihood on children in this era, some have developed ugly lifestyles and ungodly characters which would lead them to destruction. In the fullness of time, it can be seen that the ways of the younger generation have been so much affected by the powers of darkness, and it seems as though the plans of God over the children have been aborted. Some children even believe that what they are faced with is what they are created for, they have so much been affected by the oppressions and yokes of darkness and the powers of the flesh and they have summarized their destiny with what they have been challenged with.  Although the scripture declares in     2 Timothy 3:1-2 “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,(KJV)

When we look deeply it seems as though the whole scripture was written for the children which indeed is clear and true, the perilous days are at hand, and the wave of these perilous days is pushing so strong against the children, thereby enslaving them in ADDICTIONS, LIES, DISOBEDIENCE, CULTISM, IMMORAL ACTS AND THE LUSTS OF THE FLESH. These prayer points were written to address this issue, for the scripture declares in Isaiah 49:25 “But thus saith the LORD, Even the lawful captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children”.

If the word of God declares that the children He will save, then it means that the enemy is on the lookout for the children to harm and destroy them. But the word of the Lord says that He will save the Children; in this prayer points are the scriptures containing the words of God for the children and when we generalize children we mean all who took form in the womb and were nursed by a mother. As we pray let the arm of the Lord be revealed and let the powers of the enemy be broken. Amen.

PRAYER POINTS:

Lamentations 2:19 “Arise [from your bed], cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches; pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord. Lift up your hands toward Him for the lives of your young children”. (AMP).

  1. Father, I thank you for all your mercies and grace that you have showered upon us, your outstretched hand has kept us under security and protection. Thank you Father in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  2. Oh Lord Almighty I appear before you with humility and meekness, we approach the throne of grace to obtain help in this time of need through the blood Of Jesus.
  3. Father, I confess the sins of my children, niece, nephew and cousin. And declare the blood of Jesus over them from the crown of their head to the soles of their feet.
  4. Lord hear the prayers of your servant as I pray for the children that you have given unto me.
  5. Father let your ear be attentive to the prayers of your servant as I cry out for their lives.

 

PRAYER POINTS:

Psalm 127:3 Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] reward.(KJV)

  1. Dear Father in the name of Jesus, I come before your throne bringing my children before your presence.
  2. According to your word which declares that “Children are heritage from the Lord” therefore father, I declare over my children, let the name of the Lord be their strong tower.
  3. The powers of darkness cannot harm my children, the strategies of the devil cannot snare them, because they are heritage from the Lord given to me.
  4. The scripture says “the fruit of the womb is the reward from the lord” therefore father I declare with an understanding and with a revelation that my children are not instruments of affliction and torment to me and to the family, rather they are my reward from the Lord.
  5. They shall be a blessing to me and to the family and society at large, for the word of God declares “this is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our sight” therefore my children shall be marvelous rewards and divine instruments of healing, consolation and peace to me and to the family in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  6. Father, I speak through the authority of your word that my children are instruments of glory, reward of hope, and honor in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  7. Lord I stand to raise a standard against the force of deception and compromise which may stage in like a flood against my daughters and sons in this age, I stand with the word of God to avert and oppose such powers over their lives and in their ways in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  8. Father your word has shown me the level of knowledge that has made me today a mother or a father, indicating that my children were not conceived by human desire or knowledge, but you gave them to me as rewards, heritages, and good wills in accordance with your abundant will and pleasures, therefore father I stand to remove from the life of my daughters and sons every form of ungodly trend and lifestyle. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

PRAYER POINTS:

Isaiah 8:18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me [are] for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. (KJV).

  1. Father I declare over my children, as their conception was a sign and not a human-made possibility, father I pray that they shall be signs and wonders all the days of their lives.
  2. Father wherever they find themselves and at every level of their life, they shall be a sign and wonder.
  3. Those in the academic field shall be a wonder and a thing of amazement to all who will behold them in the name of Jesus, amen.
  4. Those in the business and commercial world shall be a sign and a wonder to all in the name of Jesus, amen.
  5. Those who are in the offices as employees or employers of labor shall do exploit without struggles, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  6. Father cause their star to shine forth and let their doors of breakthrough and divine increase open wide before them in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  7. They shall not suffer rejection and reproach at the edge of their success in the name of Jesus. Amen.

PRAYER POINTS:

Isaiah 29:23 But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel. (KJV).

  1. Father, I proclaim that my children are anointed, their emergence will release a shout of victory to the glory of God.
  2. When men shall behold the ways of mine children, they shall glorify the name of the Lord in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  3. Father the glory of the Lord shall arise throughout the land of the living towards every issue that involves my children.
  4. My children are not instruments of shame and pity, but the shall command result that will put the fear of God into the heart of men, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  5. My children are as excellent as their birthright, and nothing will make them to be otherwise in the name of Jesus. Amen.

 

PRAYER POINTS:

Isaiah 54:13 And all thy children [shall be] taught of the LORD; and great [shall be] the peace of thy children.(KJV).

  1. Father I declare that the peace of the lord shall bind my children together, let there be a release of unity in the life of my children in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  2. Lord Almighty the life of my children shall not be exchanged with violence and conflicts, round about the table they shall gather and be responsible children in the name of Jesus, amen.
  3. Father my children will not run wild, and they shall not be a threat to the nation and to the society rather they shall become a blessing in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  4. The Lord shall plant my children in righteousness, holiness and godliness in the name of Jesus, amen.
  5. They shall operate in the anointing of the Lord and their life shall be a ministration to all in the name of Jesus. Amen.

 

PRAYER POINT:

Proverbs 11:21 [Though] hand [join] in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.(KJV)

  1. Oh Lord my father, the children that you have given to me shall stand and not fall, even in the days of evil and destruction they shall be delivered from all evil in the name of Jesus, amen.
  2. Lord, I declare the anointing of protection and covering over my children, even in dangerous lands, they shall not be harmed.
  3. Father Give your angels charge over the seeds that you have given me, nothing shall pluck them off untimely in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  4. Lord, I stand to declare your word over the achievements of the success of my children, nothing will devour the toil of their hands in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  5. Those that are married I decree deliverance over them against the tares and weeds of the enemy which are sown to scatter families and homes, it shall not be the portion of my children in the name of Jesus, amen.
  6. Father, I decree over my children that are in the academics field, nothing will scatter their purpose and pursuit, let the hands of delay and setback wither over their cases in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  7. Lord, there shall be no alarm for fear and despair over my children, around their dwelling place, or within any environment they may find themselves in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  8. Surely the seed of the righteous must be delivered, therefore let deliverance be set over every of my children and over those that are connected to them in the name of Jesus. Amen.

 

PRAYER POINT:

Psalm 115:14-15The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children. Ye [are] blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.(KJV).

  1. Father I decree the increase of my children, they shall receive fatness on every side.
  2. Let the heaven above them be a blessing to them and let the light of the sun and the light of the moon be an everlasting blessing to them in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  3. Their moonlight shall shine forth like the sun and their sunlight shine seven times brighter in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  4. They shall increase greatly and multiply without struggle. I provoke abundance for them wherever they are in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  5. The ground beneath them shall be blessed, and the fruit of the ground shall not afflict them in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  6. Because of the blessings of God that Is resident in their life, they shall gather and not scatter, they shall plant and harvest, they lend and not borrow.
  7. Father strengthen their hands, let every of their little effort be multiplied, let every single attempt be graced with breakthroughs in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  8. Father let every curse over their life, ancestral curses, accumulated curses and self-imposed curses be averted by the reason of your blessing upon them in the name of Jesus, amen.
  9. Father whom you have blessed none can curse, and whom you have lifted none can bring down, Father let deliverance be issued on my children by the reason of your blessing upon them in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  10. Father let every chain upon their life be broken because you blessings are upon them.

 

PRAYER POINT:

Isaiah 49:25 But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.(KJV).

  1. Father arise in your strength and deliver my children from every captivity known and unknown to them in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  2. Jehovah Gibbor the man of war, arise and let every prison gate that has kept my son or daughter, blast open in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  3. Lord I present my daughter/son (mention name) who have been afflicted with sickness and illness, let healing be upon him/her in the name of Jesus, amen.
  4. Almighty father let every form of bondage upon my son/daughter be loosed, free them from addiction, cultism and every form of immoral and ungodly lifestyle in the name of Jesus, amen.
  5. Let the predator not prey upon my children again, let the salvation of God dawn on them all the days of their life in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  6. Father save my children from every force of darkness staged against them, they shall not fall into the snare of the enemy in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  7. I stand with the revelation of the scriptures to decree that the systems through which things are being done by human wisdom and ideas in order to frustrate and limit destinies will be changed in the turn of my children in Jesus name. Amen.
  8. Lord I intercede and cry out for the repentance of my son or daughter (mention his/her name and pray) who has not accepted Jesus genuinely, let the power of God reach out and deliver him/her from sin and the powers of hell in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  9. Father, I break foundational claims over their lives through the truth of the word of God in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  10. Father, I disconnect my children from ancestral links and bonds, let them break off from their lives in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  11. I judge every claim of untimely death against my children, it shall not stand nor come to pass in the name of Jesus. Amen. (Isa: 7 vs 7).
  12. Father, I decree rescue for my sons and my daughters from the grip of addiction and demonic influences in the name of Jesus, amen.
  13. Father, I pray for angelic assistance and reinforcement over them in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  14. Father let your presence be with them always, be with them and overshadow them in the morning, afternoon, and night in the name of Jesus, amen.
  15. Father create in them a new heart, a heart that will seek after you and pursue your kingdom in the name of Jesus. Amen.
  16. Thank you Father for your mercies and love over my life and family. Thank you Lord for the grace that you have given me to pray these prayers, blessed be your Holy name in Jesus name. Amen.
