Many Christians have satanic stronghold in their life. It’s harming them, wrecking their spiritual life, contaminating the life of their family and church. The devil has found an unclean place within and built a foul nest, a stronghold there. And he uses that stronghold to war against God and His work.

Household enemies are close powers. They are powers that know about you. They are very difficult to identify because they could be very destructive and yet more familiar to you.

They know your strength, failure, and success. They know the pattern of your prayers and know the hours to strike against you. Household enemies are just like armed robbers that have good knowledge about your possession. They know your dreams and your mission on earth. They can easily predict you and they will be right. Sometimes, they become a strong evil that one cannot run away from. They constitute a strong enemy against your glory. These wicked powers can be your father, mother, siblings, cousins, relatives, children, neighbors, or landlord. Sometimes the devil can easily possess their faces or images in the dream and use them against you. Their operation is always successful except by divine intervention. These household enemies operate with the support of satanic powers to steal, kill and destroy. A good example of household enemies is Joseph’s brothers, who hated him because he was loved by their father Jacob and declaration of his dreams. (Genesis 37:4-5).

CAUSES OF HOUSEHOLD SATANIC POWERS

  1. When God starts blessing you.
  2. When you marry early or before them.
  3. When you disclose your dream/goal (Genesis 37:4-5).
  4. When you exhibit signs of greatness.
  5. When they consult evil altar or god to make inquiry about your future.
  6. They know your past/background and refuse to accept your future.
  7. When you begin to exercise your power and authority in God.
  8. When you don’t go to them for help as they expected.
  9. When you are greatly celebrated by men (1Samuel 18:7).
  10. When you discover your destiny early.
  11. When you are academically, financially, spiritually, physically ahead of them.
  12. When you refuse to walk in their counsel or seek advice from them.

 

EFFECTS OF HOUSEHOLD SATANIC POWERS

  1. They will oppose you greatly.
  2. They will go the extra mile just to destroy you.
  3. They will go any length to bring you down.
  4. They will criticize you with no regard.
  5. They will always wish you evil or dead.
  6. They will rejoice at your misfortune.

 

REMEDIES AGAINST HOUSEHOLD SATANIC POWERS

EPHESIANS 4:27 “Nor give place to the devil.” (NKJV).

First of all, eject, disarm and destroy household satanic powers in your life and family by ensuring that you do not give room, place, or space to the devil. Search your life; see to it that you don’t break the hedge for the serpent to bite. The devil can’t take any place except what you gave him, so be careful how you live your life, your association, etc.

Remedies include:

  1. Repentance from sin I.e, stealing, lying, filthiness, bitterness, anger, etc.
  2. Resist the devil (James 4:7)
  3. Renewal of the heart, mind, and spirit.
  4. Be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18)
  5. Live and walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16,25)

 

PRAYERS AGAINST HOUSEHOLD SATANIC POWERS.

  1. Worthy is the Lamb that was slain, thank you Lord Jesus for accepting to sacrifice your life on the Cross that I may live, to you be all the glory, honour, and power amen. (Revelation 5:12-13).
  2. Hossana to the King of kings, thank you Father for sustaining me up to this moment.
  3. Thank you Father for the gift of life, provision of food, and shelter. It can only be you God.
  4. I repent from all my known and unknown sins, I plead for mercy upon my life and family, let your mercy prevail over judgment dear loving Father.
  5. Today, I resist the devil and his activities in my life and destiny in Jesus name amen (James 4:7).
  6. Today, I receive a new spirit, my heart and mind is renewed through the knowledge I have gotten. I receive power of the Holy Spirit to walk in the Spirit amen. (Galatians 5:16,25)
  7. In the name of Jesus, I release my heart from the spirit of fear as I uproot from the root every atom of fear in me. I command you the spirit of fear depart from my life and destiny in Jesus name Amen.
  8. Jehovah Gibbor according to your Word, I cast out every household agent/evil spirit in my life, destiny, business, family, career, ministry, etc in the Name of Jesus Amen. I decree in the Name of Jesus, I am saved, my destiny is saved, my siblings are saved, my career is saved, my ministry is saved from every satanic powers Amen.
  9. Sword of God, cut off every household enemies and powers against my life and destiny in Jesus name amen. (Micah 5:12)
  10. By the authority I have in Jesus, I cut off ties and connections I have with any household enemies and agents operating in my life, my destiny, my business and my career in Jesus name amen.
  11. God my Protector, build your wall of fire round my household and everything I own against the penetration and attacks of the enemy in Jesus Name Amen.
  12. Father in the name of Jesus I ask for your angelic activities round my family, career, business, marriage and everything that concerns me amen.

 

JAMES 4:7 “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” (NKJV)

  1. Lord Jesus, I repent of all my sins and all appearances of evil today in Jesus name, Amen.
  2. By the authority in the name of Jesus I rebuke the devil and his stronghold in my life and I command you lying beast to flee from me in the mighty name of Jesus.

PSALM 70:2 “Let them be ashamed and confounded who seek my life; Let them be turned back and confused Who desire my hurt.” (NKJV)

  1. Oh Jehovah Gibbor, let those who seek my downfall be completely put to shame in Jesus Name Amen.
  2. Angels of the living God send confusion into the gathering of every household power that desire my hurt in Jesus name Amen
  3. By the power in the name of Jesus, I come against every familiar spirit and household satanic manipulators of my life and destiny in Jesus Name Amen.

 

ISAIAH 54:17 “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from me, Says the Lord”.(NKJV)

  1. God of war, break into pieces every monitoring mirror, flaming arrows, shield, swords, and weapons of war of the enemy against me and my family in Jesus Name Amen.
  2. Almighty Father, protect me from the secret plots of household enemy who sharpen their tongues like swords and aim their arrows of bitter words, spells and enchantment at me.
  3. Almighty God, let the words of gossipers, liars and slanderers against my life, career, ministry fall to the ground and bear no fruit in Jesus Mighty Name Amen
  4. I hereby retrieve every article of mine in the possession of my enemies used as a point of contact to carry out their enterprise in the name of Jesus.

 

PSALM 35:6-8 “Let their way be dark and slippery, And let the angel of the Lord pursue them. For without cause they have hidden their net for me in a pit, Which they have dug without cause for my life. Let destruction come upon him unexpectedly, And let his net that he has hidden catch himself; Into that very destruction let him fall” (NKJV)

  1. Father in the Name of Jesus, let the way of every household enemies become dark and slippery and let destruction come upon them unexpectedly Amen.
  2. I call forth the warring angels of God to expose, pursue and scatter the activities of every household enemy in my life and family in the Name of Jesus
  3. Armies of the Most High God, fight my cause and let me hold my peace in Jesus Name Amen.
  4. My father, give me the grace to pursue, overtake and recover all lost ground and stolen virtues from household enemies in Jesus name.
  5. I take cover in the name of the Lord which is a strong tower and decree that I shall never suffer affliction from household enemies from this day forth in Jesus name.
